Dear Customer,
We are sorry to inform you but for reasons currently unknown to us, Cardiospy is being detected as a Trojan virus after one of the latest Microsoft Defender updates (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/definitions/antimalware-definition-release-notes?requestVersion=1.369.143.0).
These measures are only reported by Windows 10 and Windows 11 users.
As a result, Microsoft Defender removes the program and the shortcut from the desktop making it unable to start.
We are working on the solution but it may take longer than expected.
In order to overcome this situation, we have created a small guide to make Cardiospy work again on these computers.
