• Please check if your USB-02 dongle connected properly to the PC.
• Reconnect your USB-02 dongle to the PC.
• Make sure that you have already read the last record from your Holter:
  Connect the device to a PC by using a suitable USB cable and start „READ Record”.
  Once you have read the data, please remove the USB cable and try to connect via Bluetooth.

• Please make sure you don’t have any pop-up messages pending in the background.
• Inspect your USB cable and make sure that you are connected properly to the PC.
• Disabled USB port – Reconnect your device into a different USB port on your PC.

• You may have to update your Holter’s firmware to the latest version – Cardiospy will automatically asks you to update if you connect your recorder to the PC.
• Inspect your battery first, if the device beeps when you hit the event button there might be an error with the internal file system. This issue could be solved remotely by one of our technicians.
• LCD screen or screen related parts’ failure. Please contact us or your distributor in order to solve the issue as soon as possible.

• Please make sure your batteries are not discharged. Change your batteries if necessary.
• Inspect the connection of the attached cuff, replace cuff if needed.

• Replace the battery to a fully charged one.
• If the issue remains, please contact us to help you format the built-in SD card.

• If a record started in Cardiospy please always make sure that „Rec” sign appears on the upper left corner on the recorder’s display – otherwise recording won’t be successful.
• A file may become corrupted or damaged on SD card. Please get in touch with one of our technicians.

• Double-check if Blood Pressure enabled in System configuration.
• Please make sure your batteries are not discharged. Change your batteries if necessary.
• Inspect the connection of the attached cuff and Korotkoff microphone, replace cuff if needed.
• Please check if cuff positioned correctly.

• Please check if your USB-02 dongle connected properly to the PC.
• Check if your ECG device is within 6 metres of the PC.
• Reconnect your USB-02 dongle to the PC and check the status of your device in Cardiospy.
• Please make sure your batteries are not discharged. Change your batteries if necessary.
• Click on System configuration to choose your connected device, if you can’t see the same serial number listed, please start searching first and the serial number of your ECG device will appear soon.

• Please check whether your device switched on and connected to your PC via data transfer cable.
• Click on „Stress device” below the name of the patient to choose your connected device from the drop-down menu (Treadmill/Ergometer/None).
